Our Team

Lee Etherington is the owner and founder of Wild Hibiscus Flower Company and Kurrajong Australian Native Foods and together with his two brothers Ben (Warehouse & Import/Export Manager) and Sam (Factory Manager) have been making Australia's highest quality native food products & the world's coolest garnishes since 1998.

 

We work with small lot farmers, wild harvesters, Aboriginal communities and we have our own large scale plantations in Thailand and Malaysia to produce our premium flowers. Our main farm is at Kurrajong Heights about 80km northwest of Sydney where Lee lives on an 80 acre bushtucker and finger lime plantation with over 1,500 grafted finger lime, Davidsons Plum, Lemon Myrlte and other trees planted back in 2010.

We have a fabulous operations teams and our own distribution company in USA run by Chris Muir, originally from the Queensland Outback. We have distributors in North & South America, throughout Asia, Europe, Middle East and the UK to bring our amazing products to our customers. We have exported to 57 countries. 

Together team Wild Hibiscus has decades of experience and significant capabilities in innovation, farming, food production, import, export and distribution.
